An error code may indicate low pressure (please see ‘How to re-pressurise’ Tab)
If you have a gas boiler and it has a fault please report this as soon as possible.
- Do you have a gas combination boiler? Or a gas boiler for heating and immersion tank for hot water?
- Heating stopped working (you have checked the pilot light is still on) Intermittent or constant?
- Hot water has stopped working Intermittent or constant?
- When did this start?
- Any leaks / different noises?
- Make and model of boiler and any error codes (digital displays) on boiler controls?
