Fire
If there is a fire at the property under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself.
You must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the emergency services (Fire Brigade call 999) to report the fire. After that you must contact us by telephone
Flood
In the event of a major flood (that is a threat to Health & Safety) you should call the Emergency services (Fire Brigade call 999) to report the flood. After that you must contact us by telephone.
Smell Gas
If you have a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
In the event of total loss of power please contact your supplier direct or UK Power Networks 0800 3163105
In the event of a water supply interruption please call Essex & Suffolk Water 0345 782 0111
After that you must report this issue both through this system and by telephone.
